Description: The Corner is an off-campus student apartment community featuring 62 units containing 1 to 5 bedrooms for a total of 207 beds. The Corner is located just a few blocks west from the heart of the University of Texas. The project stands 8 stories above grade with 2 levels of below grade parking, leasing office, and lounge area. The Corner was the first building in Austin to be constructed with the Prescient system. The Prescient system is a light gauge steel prefabricated building system. It is a faster, greener, and more cost-effective alternative to conventional building structures.
