Description: This ground-up, 248-bed student housing project is located just six blocks from The University of Texas at Austin where the former Chelsea apartments were located on West Campus. The project consists of three levels of below-grade parking and seven stories of above-grade student housing. Project highlights include a seventh-floor social lounge and balcony with operable sliding double doors to allow the space to open up to the roof deck which includes a fire pit and study area. The project will also include a gym, second study area, coffee bar, interior and exterior aqua lounge, pool, and interior courtyard.
